Farmers, artisans and vendors of antiques and collectibles are welcome to set up for the market.

Spaces will be assigned by management.

Indoor spaces are available in the 1812 Brewery Loafing Barn. Spaces are 15’ x 20’ and weather permitting, spaces will be also available on the patio directly outside the loafing barn. There is no charge to be a vendor. Indoor spaces are limited and will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vehicles will be allowed to park for unload and load. We request registration forms be returned to 1812 no later than the Saturday before the market date.  

 

The following are prohibited for free, sale, or trade:

Counterfeit merchandise  • Fireworks • Hazardous materials or chemicals
Pornographic materials • Alcohol, tobacco products or drug paraphernalia • Firearms 

• Management reserves the right to remove any vendor or above products.

• All Merchandise and Vehicles to be removed from grounds by 4 pm Sunday

• Canopies and umbrellas are permitted. Canopies must be securely tied down. Ropes and tie down devises may not obstruct walkways.

 

CLEAN UP:   All market trash must be removed from the premises. No furniture or unsold merchandise to be left on the grounds. Trash barrels are for public use and not to be filled with empty boxes, packing materials and other vendor debris.

SALES TAX:   Every vendor must have a MD sales tax number and is responsible to pay said tax.
